  4. Eddie_F_17

I know it’s nutritious, but it looks like something laid eggs 😖

  5. bapatasix

there is dogfood that looks more appetizing than this

  6. HighArctic

add some peas, tomatoes and black beans, then season with cumin and cayenne and that is my default dinner lol

  7. dankmcganx

Add some spices to this and eat it with some rice

  8. Porkodile

Add some seasoning, black beans and green chili and i’m on board.

  9. CompetitiveShower872

Some siracha and some cheese 👌🏼

  10. Homework_Happy

Add a can of diced tomatoes and some seasoning and I’m down. This just looks like browned hamburger meat and chickpeas

  11. Iguanabewithyou

Shitty poo poo fart butt from all that protein if you’re planning on eating it all in one sitting

  12. Healthy-Confection66

Gonna come out looking the same lmao

  13. MapleBaconNurps

Lebanese 7 spice and some chopped tomato, red onion, and parsley would make this killer

  14. joooshknows

Never too late to learn how to cook brother

  15. doodlebugg8

Protein yea, cuz it’s all the body needs

  16. AsparagusOverall8454

Just needs some onion carrot and celery with some hot sauce and melted cheese yo

  17. Creative-Night6346

The more you learn about nutrition, the more you realise macros are barely scratching the surface

  18. KneelAurmstrong

hey so i see your single shake of italian seasoning and i’m just gonna go ahead and let you know you can add more than that. there’s no calories of note in spices.

  19. dylanuu112

I make a pasta and add red split lentils to the sauce, they cook down into a mush and you can hardly tell they are there. A couple more ingredients and you could have a pretty good meal with decent macros

  20. BigGayGinger4

    I’m makin CHICKPEA CHUCK SALAD

    they SAY it’s healthy….

  21. Eray41303

Is there some rule about protein maxing that forbids seasoning…?

  22. galacticgumbo

I spend too much time in the reptile and entomology subs. Definitely thought eggs.

  23. Ticci_Crisper

I would add plenty of seasoning next time.

  24. aStankChitlin

I’d add tomato sauce, maybe spinach, season it well, and tear this up with some rice.

  25. Does seasoning effect the amount of protien or something?

  26. jebbenpaul

I thought your body can only intake like 80g of protein per sitting?

The rest you just shit out

  27. JustHereToLurk2001

People say this a lot on this sub, but man, this looks like something you’d make for a dog on its birthday.

  28. JustForTheMemes420

Seasoning and hot sauce are basically no calories lad

  29. Naturebrah

Come on man..it takes almost no money or effort to throw in a can of tomato or corn or peas or anything..life’s too short for this.

  30. NiobiumThorn

There’s such a thing as too much protein

  31. self_of_steam

….140g protein you say… Is that just a pound of beef and a can of chickpeas? I need ratios friend

  32. TheDittoMan

Seasoning doesn’t have any macros, you know

  33. wheretohides

Listen… It’s okay to love yourself a little

  34. tra_da_truf

The obsession with protein is very similar to the “low fat” craze in the 90s. Had people eating things that were barely edible

  35. CampbellsBeefBroth

I beg you to just learn how to fucking season your food

  36. Accomplished_Fold276

Colon cancer speedrun lmao. Get a colonoscopy early kid…

  37. Supper_Champion

I guarantee you that 90% of the dudes that eat this way aren’t the jacked gym monsters that they think they are.

Such a weird protein fixation with so many younger (than me) men.

  38. Oxopropanoic

All the people saying op has an eating disorder are delirious. Just because they are trying to hit a certain protein goal or calorie goal doesn’t mean there’s an eating disorder going on. A lot of y’all have never worked out, and it shows.
